Good quality remote
Sturdy and strong built. Buttons are good. I guess maximum range is 14-15 feet. Using with an old model of LG split AC and compatiable with all the functionalities. Value for money.

Remote stopped working within 2 months
I bought this product on 25th March 2025 and it stopped working within 2 months. There was absolutely no issue with it. There is no physical damage. The remote was never dropped. It just stopped working out of the blue. The remote screen works fine but it won't turn the AC on. Tried changing the batteries too. There is no mobile number or email to contact the seller, just an address in Bangalore, which is strange because who's gonna send letters in this day and age?
