We leave our toaster out on kitchen counter so it can be used anytime. The power button blinks constantly,! day and night! we find it to be most annoying. We realize we could plug and unplug every time we use it, but consider that a hassle we just want to leave it plugged in, ready to go, our children appreciate being able to walk up and use.Update: We but black tape over the blinking light, it toasts evenly and like the gluten free button as one of the choices.

love the look of this toaster, but it has set off our fire alarm 2-3 times with the insane burning smell??? don’t know what’s up??

It's Tolstoy works really well. Also purchased an enterprise the same make. And then a little research. It's made with really good quality material. Some of these air flowers and toasters have metal in it. That is actually harmful and has carcinogens. When he did up and these don't so I was really happy about that. And they work really well.

At this writing, the toaster is selling for half as much at Walmart. Check prices before buying. I recently bought the toaster but have a concern. It is sometimes difficult to get the toaster to not fight back when you're trying to put the lever down -- choosing instead to pop back up immediately. The concern is that it's on its way not to stop starting at all. Hopefully, this concern will not be justified.

Buy the protection plan! We purchased this toaster June 11, 2024. It is just my husband myself and we used it maybe 3x a week. We loved it and commented how much better it worked than two previous toasters. On January 19, 2025, it suddenly stopped working. The lever used to lower the bread just would not catch. It worked the day before and just didn't the next day. Very disappointed. In early 2000's we had a Cuisinart toaster that had worked for 10 years. In the last 10 years we have probably had 4 different brands, from Oster to another Cuisinart, none had worked as well or lasted. But we have never had one that just died after 6 months. We now use our Ninja Foodi Smart Air Fryer, Oven, Toaster which had purchased around the same time frame and it works well.
