I have many tumblers but this beats them all for the price. When this arrive I opened it and thought no way is this going to be able to tumble the weight advertised. I purchased the smaller one because I didn't think it would work and I would be returning it, but I was shocked because it works great! I loaded it up and it had no issues handling the weight as advertised. It has been running non-stop for two weeks now and no issues. It does not run hot not even warm , it just keeps running.There is one issue! I am running this as a rock tumbler and it works great, but the abrasive material used to tumble turns the inside of the clear plastic drum cloudy and dark, Now I do not find this as an issue because I am not using it as a jewelry tumbler. If it was used to clean only jewelry without abrasives the barrel would stay clean and clear.I just wish the company that makes these would make a tumbling barrel for rocks out of a rubber like material. So if the manufacturer sees this review I want you to know you could make a lot more money if you made a barrel that could be used for rock tumbling.In closing this review I love this tumbler so much I am going to purchase the bigger version.

I have a bunch of tumblers, some for jewelry. This works well for jewelry, depending on the medium it's tumbling in. Reversing is nice, I'll reserve judgment until i've used it for a while

Instructions are poorly translated from a foreign language and do not describe how to use the machine for basic jewelry cleaning. Customer support was even worse as they told me they couldn’t help me after sending me video of plain water without the metal balls on the machine. Then they write me again and said they would find out how to use it and get back to me. Then Rosario wrote me tonight 6 days after I asked for help to tell me she cannot tell me how it works. I just want to know if I can let it set with water in my shop or do I drain the tank after each use. The booklet is not written in proper English. I am very disappointed in this company. They can’t answer simple questions about how to use their machine. Or even if I can put detergent in it. Nothing. No information.

This one works great... first one I got did not!! I use it daily to tumble brass challenge coins after engraving. I use stainless steel bits.

I've used this about 5 times and I'm very happy with the outcome. No problems. I did order a different "shot" for this because of other reviews.

It cleans up my coins after laser engraving them. Not to load and it runs smoothly.

Received this for Christmas and didn’t open it for a couple weeks. The machine part seemed fine. But, the plastic piece that closes the lid, didn’t tighten down enough and the water leaked. I emailed the company instead of sending it back. For the hassle received, I should have just sent it back. It took about 10 emails to get the correct answer and a video of how to fix it. They would ask a question each time that was already answered. So the 9th time I got a bit testy and they sent the video.The solution was to turn the silver rod holders and screw them down a bit, until the plastic piece on the rod snapped into place and held the top on. Now it works. The AI customer service does not.
