This is exactly what my company needs. I bought this brand before in the past from another source since our fleet increased, I just purchased 4 more and they worked great for the first week. All 4 either have a keyboard issue or the flashlight comes on and will not go off. Very frustrating, specially after the hassel of getting them up to date for my company.

I recieved the 1st one and it wasn't up to expectations (missing power port cover and no stylus. Shell was pretty beat up too. I wanted them to just ship that but they wanted to replace everything, so ordered a replacement. It came in a lot faster than promised but same issue of no power port cover, stylus was there but lanyard was broken. I like the model over all but qc should be a little better or change the description to say it may be missing these parts. New port covering is only like $10, I believe it really should be in place after all this is for rugged environments. The stylus I don't use anyhow. The replacement looks better and appears to be functional.

I bought this because it was in my price range and I have wanted a GETAC for a long time. Took a chance on refurbished, but I am very impressed with this computer. It looks new, almost no wear and tear, and worked perfect right out of the box. I got a sim card for it, slid it in and within 5 minutes, I was on the net. The only thing I could complain about is the tiny cover for the sim card is missing, but it still works just fine.I would buy this again.

The media could not be loaded. Pick a different place to buy a computer. Amazon’s is terrible with used computers. There are people selling stuff to make some fast cash and really don’t know what they are selling. Was listed as EXCELLENT CONDITION. Not even close.

It's a really heavy computer like self defense heavy. It took a few hrs to get all the updates and sign ins I needed. The 2 tips I can give you it a keyboard setting for the tablet side. Mine wouldn't show a keyboard at all when it was detached. The support from getac was fast. Next day in fact. I was looking for any firmware or drivers that I needed and the serial number is case sensitive. I have no complaints right now. The batteries did take a while to fully charge and I think I was on it for about 5 hrs yesterday to drop it down to 50% battery I don't thinkninhave all the settings correct yet 😅. Battery saver should help with that. Lastly it does take a good minute to boot and respond. It could be my internet but I don't know yet.
