Neem capsules are good. Brought it to detox, but noticed that eating too much of bitter will cause constipation. So if you are taking orally, take it for 2-3 days and then give it a break. Again do the same after 2 weeks. Apart from oral consumption, you can crush these tablets to make neem powder to use in facepack (multani mitti+ rose water+ 3-4 neem tablets+ lemon + honey) works wonders. Overall a good buy. Buy it if you don't have access to fresh neem leaves. Neem is a good thing, will try to use it in homemade hair oil.
