I use to order this back in the day, it definitely keep everything moving in the right direction.Facts****You have to drink water to hydrate yourself this helps your guts move the poop down south easy with less cramps. IF you lack on the water your poop may not be as frequent depending on how hydrated you are especially if you are consuming a fiberious diet....This seems to take effect the moment you start rest at night or the evening. AT least for me... IDC what time I drink it, it tends to work at nigh once I relax.This will push it out... remember water 💧 👌Oh yea I drink it with lemons and ginger 🫚 no honey or sugar and it taste wonderful

Holy Toledo! I am familiar with taking cascara Sagrada herbs and other colon cleansing teas but this tea is no joke! Very effective and quick and I honestly think it tastes good. Doesn’t need honey but would sweeten really nicely with honey or maple syrup

It’s ok..I don’t feel like it does the drastic effects the other reviews say even after letting it steep and using 2 bags bcz 1 did nothing for me.

This tea is very effective as a natural laxative—almost too effective! It starts working within 6–8 hours, so be prepared. I use it occasionally when needed, and it does the job. It's not something I’d drink daily, but it's great to have on hand.

I have been purchasing this brand for 10 years. Back in the days this thing was POTENT! This new batch, in the last several years have gotten weaker with each purchase. I think these boxes on Amazon are actually not the real items because how does it go down sooo bad in quality to where it is ineffective? I only drink this 1x a week or less sometimes just 2x a month so it's not that my body is use to it. I bought a 3 pack in 2023 and that was hit or miss like half was in effective. This current box I bought fall of 2024 is just garbage, it does nothing. Waste of my money. Even my teen son drank it and said it did nothing. Same with my daughter. Back in the days this would give you bad cramps and wrench all the garbage out of your gut. I am SO disappointed. I hope I can find something else that is just as effective of the old formula of this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want to poop.

I have been buying this product for years . The effectiveness has significantly decreased . The tea used to flush my body out in 6 hours . The tea currently flushes my body out in 12-24hours . I thought something had internally changed in my body . However my two friends had the same problem. The formula has definitely changed . Still a pretty decent outcome but it’s just not the same .
