Step down has been working perfectly for my US tool charging needs.US plug is stiff and needs some convincing but after some use it softens.

The Transformer failed roght out of the box. I tried a different power lead and outlet just to make sure it was the unit. No "Power On" Indicator when turned on. There was a faint burnt electronic component smell when I opened the bag the transformer was in. Kicker is Amazon is going to make be pay return postage for it. Complete and utter failure.

Absolutely perfect for the job and good price

Works fantastic, bought a baby food maker and forgot US uses a different power rating (110V). But this item works flawlessly! Plugged the appliance into the 110V outlet and it's perfect. I was expecting a humming or something, but it's completely silent! Really impressed.

Product arrived on time, is as advertised and does what it is required to do. Only used twice so far but very happy.
