Good Idea poorly maid
The lock to keep them closed don’t work well!Longer cords then 4-6ft will not work for!Short cords refer to above and other comments!I used all but 2 on 4-6ft cords they work ok so far but had to tape the cases closed the locks don’t work well or at all in some cases!

Works with thin cables, sort of
Won't work well with heavier cables. They work if you don't need to constantly wind/unwind the cable you use it on. I have 2 keyboards & 2 mice that rarely need adjustment, and these work to keep the cables out of the way. Otherwise, they don't do well.

For Short Cords Only
Not big enough for cords over 3 feet IMO. It will still rewind a small diameter USB cord a little bit, but not all that much. Good for short cords. Not strong either. They pop apart very easily. Sort of flimsy and I don’t think they will last very long. Still, they do wind up short small diameter cords.

Terrible, Cheap Product
These are very cheaply made and fall apart too easily. The crank part falls out, the closure doesn't stay closed, and there are no instructions to be found anywhere. You would think it would be easy to figure out how to add your cord to these, but I found it difficult. Once I figured it out, it worked just okay. I also couldn't fit a very long cord on the reel which doesn't help my tangling situation very much.

Was thinking these were self recoiling..Definitely not
I bought these thinking they would be useful for headphones or phone chargers and that I would be able to tug on both ends and they would recoil themselves.. Couldn't have been more wrong..You have to literally twist and turn a center piece and reel them in manually..I would not recommend unless that is the type of thing you are looking for, for some reason.

Best for very long thin cords
Adds a lot of weight. Bulky if cords are thick like a heavy duty iPhone cord. Difficult to wind more than 3 turns. Easiest of wound up and never adjusted. Wouldn’t recommend, but inexpensive and good to shorten cords permanently.
