MagnaFlow 11225 Exhaust Muffler

Used these to replace the cheap burned out Chinese units that were supplied with my Factory Five 33 Hot Rod. Everything fit well and a LOT quieter until you stand on it (I can now have a conversation at highway speeds). The mufflers are similar to what was previously installed (straight through design) a little heavier, (thicker gauge) obviously of a better quality, and I hope the packing lasts longer than the originals. I would recommend these units

Showed up quick and free shipping. (item is not polished, discoloured from welding process, but that's a magnaflow complaint not a seller problem) never the less item is real and not FAKE nock off

So far I haven't yet installed these mufflers but my initial impression is not that great. The description and the pictures of a satin stainless muffler are false. When I opens the boxes both the mufflers were still brown discoloured from the welding process. I realize that these mufflers will be under the car and never be seen but my expectations were higher. I will be doing a custom install on a 2013 Acura TL SH-AWD and I'll update my review once they are installed.

Really good. Not too loud and not too quiet either, it’s perfect. Sounds great at 3K rpm!

Installed two onto my 12’ Acura Tl AWD. Sounds great. Loud when you want it and very low to no drone when cruising. *not really *loud* just louder than stock for sure. Very deep sound, no rasp.
