It is hard to say it helped me since I am doing different approaches to manage my unruly sugar levels. There hasn't been a noticeable difference in my levels, but who is to say the slight decrease in the numbers is due to Blood Sugar Support. Do I recommend it? yes.

My husband used this product for 10 days and noticed that his stomach felt upset shortly after taking it. We are not sure if it helped with his blood sugar. He has discontinued taking it.
