VERY STURDY!!!
Just put it on so I can only speak on 1 day of riding. I love the release button feature. I have long nails, and this makes it so convenient for me. My phone was going dead and it kept it charged, even while playing music. I also like the on/off button is a push button. Once again, nails, I hate the little buttons that you have to slide on and off lol.UPDATE!!!I went down on my bike. The bike went airborne and slid. When my friends picked up my bike, the officer noticed my phone was still mounted and GPS was on. This stated mounted during my crash AND kept my phone secure. It still works and no issues. I absolutely would recommend this phone mount to anyone who will listen!

Works well, holds phone securely and charges
Update: I connected directly to battery and issue is solved. Updating rating to 5 stars. Keeping original review so others won't make the same mistake.Original review: It holds phone well but in my case it only charges when bike is idling. It stops charging when bike reaches 3.5K rpms. I have it hooked up to the headlight instead of battery directly but that should not make a difference. I tried both USB and wireless charging. Same thing happens in both cases. As a holder it works well but without charging it is useless to me.

Not for Use with an Otterbox
I bought this unit so I could charge my phone, listen to music, and listen to the turn-by-turn navigation through my Bose 30 Bluetooth headphones. All that worked great, until I hit the first chuckhole. The forks bottomed out, then the cellphone (in an Otterbox) popped out. After that I started getting paranoid about making sure the phone was tight in the holder. At the next chuckhole, it popped out again. Now I have to buy a new screen. My new solution is to tie the phone to the holder using rubber bands. However, having the phone charging for two hours at a time, it never came close to reaching full charge. To those who would claim the Otterbox was the problem, I say my Samsung charger charges my phone completely, through the Otterbox, in an hour. This thing needs more power.

Works
Fits same as my last one currently have an android s23 with a case on it and it charges with the case and fits just fine also comes with a plug up by the mount incase you dont want to leave it on your ride or if you know your going to get rained on as it isn't water proof at all it will get ruined as my first one did but still held the phone so yes I've bought this as a second time

Great phone Holder
This item works as a great phone mount but does not charge the phone as advertised. It prompts you like it’s charging then it stops charging. I was very disappointed that I had to go back to a charging cable on my motorcycle trip from Houston Tx to Memphis Tn

Update for new model
The new model does not hold the phone well in landscape mode. The bracket grade is stronger but it cuts in to my handlebars being you have to clamp it down and the bars are too big to use any type of rubber in between. Overall it’s a good quality. the most annoying thing is that the holder doesn’t have 90° angles at the top to hold the phone securely so you can’t use landscape which is best when looking at maps. I came very close to losing my phone luckily I was looking as it was coming out and caught it right when it slid out of the charger.(Old model) First the good parts. Overall it’s awesome. Install is easy, holds my iPhone XS in an otterBox case extremely well, self adjusting to phone size. Charges through my case. Has on off switch and a indicator light to let you know it’s on. Can use USB port. The only negative for me so far is the plastic base. I don’t think it will break, but the vibrations makes the phone a little harder to use. Google maps keeps asking if I want to report a problem because of shaking the phone. The phone holder is on a ball joint so I mounted the part on the handle bars straight up then tilt the holder on the ball joint to help stop some of the vibration. I had a metal holder without a charger before and had no vibration problems. I wish the base was metal.

Works good
This product is hardwired to charge, but that can be cut off and then you can plug a power cord into the usb c on the bottom and it works great. I’ve got it on my motorcycle
