For the first few weeks of wearing this, all was well, extremely comfortable and great at keeping my hernia in place. However, during the warmer weather and wearing sports shorts, I've discovered that the two silicone pressure pads do not stay in their pouches, but very quickly ride up and fall out. I can only presume that the waist band of the trousers I have been wearing have kept said pouches where they need to be. The fact that without such a waistband, the pouches have nothing to keep them in place can lead to embarrassment once they've fallen out of the shorts being worn and land on the floor. It would be a simple matter for the support to be manufactured with elasticated corner restraints either side of each pouch to keep the pads at bay.

I have had a hernia problem for quite a while, but can’t have surgery at the moment, due to a heart problem. This support belt is BRILLIANT. It does the job it is designed for, plus, it is so comfortable to wear, I don’t even notice it, regardless of what I am doing. Thank you to whoever designed this belt.Vivienne France
