This is the 3rd time I buy this type of Video Switch, and I think is the best buy I made in the last year.

Just received the switcher today. It has several controls that my last one did not have. On the first test, I cannot get audio from the 3.5mm audio jack, which will be a requirement for our theatre's PA system.On the second test, using a different TV and different audio system, the video failed while watching the TV. This is unacceptable.The extra switches may be helpful, but the English INSTRUCTIONS are so POOR that I really don't understand all the options. The English pages are each 8x10cm, seven pages all on one sheet of paper. The typeface (font) is approximately 1mm in height, very hard to read. I suggest larger typeface; proper English translation; and slightly larger paper. Also MISSING: The manufacturer's name and contact info; manufacturing date; model number; warranty terms; etc.Mandarin instructions are on the back.I will set it up and hopefully be able to make use of what I need.

This does not send 4k HDR to my TVs. I have 2x LG OLED55B7A TVs and tried this switch with my Xbox One X and a set of 4k HDMI cables. After some checks, I confirmed the only reason the "4K details" on the XB1 said that my TVs couldn't handle 4k was due to this switch.Looking through the reviews, I also find it pretty scummy to have a product page with different "colors" on completely different products. A USB-C to HDMI is not a similar "model" to this switch. Upon review, I noticed all of the reviews were for the aforementioned product and not this switch.If you're trying to buy this switch to support 4k, do not. If you are coming here to read reviews on this product, be VERY aware that these reviews are for products currently not even listed under "color". Buy at your own risk.Only pro: did its job well if it's "job" was for 1080p passthrough.

Set up yesterday picture sound look good .no complaints

This did not work or provide any functionality. Discovered after the return date when I finally hooked it up following the unintelligible "instructions".

My requirement is, I have one TV and Projector ( output ) and I have multiple devices to connectInputs======1. Fios Setup box2. Blueray player3. Chromcast4. Roku5.1 Vizio which has Digital Optical Audio ( SPDIF ) input.So the product which I purchased has 4 HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs ( tv & projector ) and output to SPDIF to my Vizio 5.1 home theater.This device has the option to view the specific input in one device ( for example - Chromcast input to be viewed in TV ) and ( Roku needs to be viewed in the projector ) it is possible. we can view two separate inputs to a different output.It comes with remote. Also, we can view same Input to both the output device same time, (example:- Roku input to be viewed in TV and projector same time is possible )up to me, it is a really really good product which satisfies my requirement.Picture quality & Sound quality through SPIDF is very good

Have it hooked up to my TV and computer monitor and this thing works beautifully. I can switch my PC display output to my TV flawlessly whenever I decide to pop in a movie. I tested outputting my PS4 and Nintendo switch to both displays and had no issues whatsoever! Loving it so far. I'll come back in a few months and let you guys know how it holds up long term
