Good product
The best part is after sales service. My watch stopped working after 2 months but rhe company repaired it in no time. Previously I purchased Santwatch for my kid and was unable to find the company. So THEY DO EXISTS in India and ready to help

Poor product
Good product... Doing exactly what it required to do.... Only issue is battery life low lasts just a day GPS consume lot of battery..... I AM UPDATING THE FEEDBACK... Battery life is utterly poor... Don't last for more than a couple of hours... and cannot change the battery on your own, it has to be sent back to the company... Waste of your money

Low quality product that does not work well...dont buy!
Extremely disappointed with the purchase. I bought it after being recommended by a frnd. The first time..the watch just stipped after 2-3days of use. I could not even open the back of the watch to insert the sim card. It was stuck. I returned it and asked for a replacement. The replacement did come quickly and the watch was working. But its been 2 weeks..im calling up the customer care to get the watch registered in their app. The QR code did not appear and im unable to register the product on their app. So even if the sim is working, i cant add numbers or update time. Battery backup is quite bad too. Dont bother purchasing it...waste of money

Amazing watch and service
It’s exactly what we needed. My husband is handicapped and we needed a one touch SOS button from which he can contact me if he has a fall. Because he suffers from PSP of the brain, he has no balance and often falls. This watch is perfect. The after sales service is absolutely amazing. This watch is more useful fro adults!!! Definitely worth buying

Unable to contact customer care number
The watch worked good for 2-3 days for calling function but still unable to locate gps location. Also, sim card was not working hence I reopened the watch to check the loose connection but one of the wire got disconnected out of 2, it's too delicate. I don't know how will I get it fixed as customer care number is not working. It just rang once and still no response from there side.

No sim card. No customer service for registration issues
Worst customer service. First of all It's not coming with the sim as shown In the picture.I received a piece where it has problem at first and then Amazon replaced it. Thanks for that.Then while activating, Non master control error coming and while I receive the watch, already some number is registered and call is going to that number after inserting the sim. Who will resolve the issues when customer care is not even bothering.

Must for every child
Nice watch. Easy to use. Just the sim card insertion was a bit of pain.u need to remove battery for that.thia should be made easy. Chance of damaging the battery are higher each time u open the watch.plus it's not water proof. But still i like it. At least we have something for our children. They should have something similar for adults as well.
