Work's surprisingly well
Didn't expect much from Adjustable reading glasses but these actually work surprisingly well. You can adjust each eye individually and they come into sharp focus. I needed these because each of my eyes are a different 'reading-prescription' and I didn't want to pay for a DR. visit and custom made reading glasses. I also plan to use these up to the max power for working on close-up projects. You can tell they are quality made and solid. I do recommend these. (side note: I am ordering a replacement (exchange) because the frames I received were slightly warped and therefore didn't sit level on face/eyes, but still 5 star)June 26, 2021 update: received the replacement pair and they are just fine. I love the adjustability and have been using them constantly for up close projects medium distance reading and further away focusing also. I think the original warping problem actually didn’t occur during manufacturing but in storage on the shelf prior to shipping. I think they warped in the case because I think the case is a little too tight. If you receive a warped pair just order a replacement. One suggestion for the manufacture: try adding an anti-reflective coating between each optical layer to prevent some of the ghosting and general haziness that can be seen when looking at brighter objects, Or high contrast scenes; just like what what what would be done in any multi element optical train.

Useless. Do Not Waste Your Money.
These are useless. The focal length is only inches away from your face. Bordering on a scam. Do not waste your money.

Useful in a Pinch
I had an appointment to get my eyeglass prescription updated, but then COVID-19 occurred and my optometrist office closed. I really wanted to use the time I had at home to catch up on reading, so I ordered these glasses. They do work. They adjust easily and they fit fairly comfortable. My only complaint is the glass almost seems cloudy and that makes it more difficult to see through them without strain. I think it is because they are essentially two lenses layered together. I cleaned them with the included cloth, but I have to read by a bright light due to the clouding. These will be good to keep in my desk drawer at work and even to have a second pair at home in the event I break my eyeglasses as I am dependent on them for reading and seeing up close, but can still drive without them. These would definitely get you by until you get replacements.

Not very adjustable
I bought these to replace a cheaply made pair that is sold all over the internet. These seemed like quality glasses that would hold up a lot better than the cheapo ones. They are very well made and certainly look like quality. Unfortunately, the range of adjustability is such that I can't get them to focus at the range of my computer laptop screen - the reason I bought them. The cheapos will do that, but not these. So as much as I want to love them, I can't use them. They must work for some people though.

Handy for post surgery interim period
I had cataract surgery on both eyes that also corrected my nearsightedness over the course of about a month. As a result, I needed cheaters for close work and reading. These solved two problems for me.First, with one eye done, and one eye not, I needed the post surgery eye to have a stronger correction for reading, whereas the unfixed eye needed only slight correction. I tried drug store cheaters, but the imbalance made reading painful, literally nauseating. With these, I dialed in each eye as needed and was able to read clearly. Secondly, during the 30 days after each surgery, eye pressures fluctuate resulting in variances in focal points to correct. At times the focus of that eye would even change though the day. With these I was able to dial in each eye as needed to a very sharp image, resulting in minimal impact to my daily schedule during healing. Now that I am past all of that, I split my time between reading, computer work and working with my hands. Being able to sharply focus at any distance between my eyes and hands is great.

For the most part can work!
The media could not be loaded. I believe what I want to make clear here is that these are great if you have one eye worse than the other because they can be adjusted to each eye individually. As you can see in my video I had cataract issues so I just could not get one eye clear enough but I can totally see where they would work fine if you just had a little bit of a vision problem when I was worse than the other. They seem sturdy enough and they do the job but if you have cataracts probably not. I have now had my cataracts done and I use my regular progressive glasses for my reading and computer distance but I will most definitely hold on to these.

Helpful for cataracts
I developed a cataract in one eye earlier this year, so regular readers don't work nearly as well as they used to -= the extra strength in the eye with the cataract makes that eye even more blurry than reading without the readers. These glasses don't make things perfect, but they go a long way towards making vision relatively equal in both eyes for close-distance work. The only problem is that the glasses arrived somewhat bent, so that they sit at an angle on my face. I've tried bending them a little, which helped somewhat, but there's always the fear that too much bending will result in a break.
