Size:26 Slim  |  Color:Loden Green The Equafleece Dog Sweater gives maximum warmth and freedom of movement for the tiniest dog or the most energetic greyhound. Made from super soft, lightweight Polartec 200 fleece and strap-free with no pressure points, the garments can be worn to dry off a wet dog, to stop a dog from getting wet (even in torrential rain) or just on a cold night for warmth. Machine washable, quick drying, needs no reproofing. Sizing – Any other dog coats that you've previously bought may use a different sizing system and can't be relied on as a guide to the size you should order from us. To determine the size of garment that should fit your dog please take the dog’s measurements, preferably in inches and SNUG to the dog's body, making sure your dog is standing up, facing forwards and not hunching his back. You need to measure from the front of the neck (breast bone), around the shoulder to level with the tail (but don't go around the bottom)(a). Then measure snugly the Neck (b), Chest (c) and Waist (d). The length measurement is the main sizing measurement and is the one that is used to order the correct garment size. For a Whippet, Lurcher and Greyhound the neck and waist measurements are significantly smaller in relation to length and so they often fit into an Equafleece Slim Dog Sweater. If you have a standard breed like a Labrador, Spaniel or Pointer a good rule of thumb is that they will not fit into a Slim Dog Sweater unless the chest is 2 inches less than their length measurement. Therefore if you have a very small boned springer with a length measurement of 25-26" and a chest measurement of 24" then you would probably need a 26" Slim Sweater (lightweight springers and cockers often fit better into the Slim Sweaters). Perfect for my whippet. Good fit, light but warm. Very important for the breed.

Love it ! But,
This is well made thicker coat. Fits our Whippet great. It is the only coat/sweater that he wears that he does Not shiver while outside. It is the best coat that we have found so far! The only negative is that it is a little difficult to put on and off. I have found putting it on his legs then over his head is the least difficult. I worry that I might damage his ear cartilage. If it opened up along the center of the back with Velcro this Would be a 5 star product. I am taking it to a Tailor to make the modification our self

She loves it!
This is the first sweater that truly fits our little whippet/Jack Russell. Thank you for including the instructions for putting it on and taking it off. That made all the difference and it it super easy as long as we follow the guidelines. She stays warm and dry and seems perfectly comfortable in her new sweater no matter what she is doing. I would buy this again and highly recommend it to anyone with a sight hound.
