A generous variety of gorgeous colorways
I have bought twelve different Elegant Yarns Kaleidoscope color-ways. None has disappointed me. Each one is a delightful surprise. Surprise because the skein image can't always show the whole color scheme. But they are beautifully designed. I wonder who is the designer. Well done! I am using this yarn for felting projects. It works well in the hand, solf and yielding. It felts perfectly for me. A few of the skeins had a knot or two, but most didn't . Also, the name of the color on the page is not on the yarn wrapper, and the number on the wrappper is not on the page. Keep track! I should write this review for each color I bought because there doesn't seem to be a main Kaleidoscope page.

A bit of a challenge, but lovely colors
Bought two skeins for a scarf. The colors are an interesting blend - think forest in fall. The variations in the yarn’s width, from thin and tight to areas of full-out fluffiness, made it a little tricky to get the hang of at first, but the result was a nice handcrafted effect.

Beautiful colors, yarn off
Colors are vibrant and gorgeous and it knits/crochets like a dream. It was multiple pieces though, knotted together. The width of the yarn also changed quite a bit throughout the skein and in a couple places I had to twist it to get it back to a stable yarn.

Worth It!
I am in love with this yarn. It is super soft. The colors are gorgeous. It is so easy for me to knit with. I cannot wait to finish the blanket I am making.

ok yard
Most of the skeins I had we consistent with the diamenter of the yarn. I only had one that was a problem out of 8. It did felt well with a pattern in a regular/cold water cycle. The brown didn't work for me though and I did cut it out of my design. It's so hard to find ombre yards that don't cost and arm and a leg so this was a nice cost effect alternative for a simple bag project.

Love the feel but for the price I thought it would be a bigger skeet.

... probably not a fair review as I really don't like working with wool
This is probably not a fair review as I really don't like working with wool..all the little hairs bother me! But the yarn is easy to work with, a little splitting, but not bad. No knots so far. Colors are pretty, a little on the muted side. Haven't worked much with stripped yarn, but seems to be on the long side. Not great stitch definition, at least with the pattern I'm working with. Hope this review is not too slanted due to my inexperience.
