I like this mixer very much it’s a little noisy but having never owned one before don’t know how it compares to other makes. It’s a bit bigger than expected but does the job well. The splash guard is a great accessory which avoids mixture splashing everywhere. I have the red colour which matches my other appliances so keep it handy on the work top. Great value for money.

Used for the 2nd time and the dial wouldnt work for the speed. Couldnt turn then mixer off and had to be turned off at the wall! Not able to contact people i purchased from directly to ask what i need to do.

Everything worked really well the first time. But on 2nd use on the day it stopped working. Wouldnt turn on at all. I have tried changing the fuse, plug and etc. Nothing seemed to work. The faulty item on the market without QC. I should have avoided after reading a similar review for this item.

When I first got the machine I took it out of the boxes put it on the shelf and have admired the look of if for ages , waiting to actually have an excuse to use it I went to use it on Saturday and it doesn’t work. The on off button fell apart in my hand and Mixer doesn’t work at all. Because it’s been sat there for so long I’ve now chucked the boxes out. Very annoyed!!!Cheap and nasty and doesn’t even work.

Recieved as a gift, did not work from first use. Could not return as kept boxed for several months as new kitchen being fitted. Do not buy this product

First time there was a fault with the dial but it was sorted out very fast and to my satisfaction, so with this commitment to customer service and with the mixer working as expected the item is recommended as good value.

Do not buy this item!! Its faulty. There is a problem with the dial. It worked the first time i used iut, and then the second time, it stopped mixing. When i tried to turn the dial, it would not work. Very bad item which clearly has a fault, and there is nobody to contact regarding this.
