The Best No-Nonsense Workout Log Book EVER!
I was really looking for a WOD log book that will allow and give me the freedom to write workouts of varying nature, without sticking to the traditional sets/reps format and this book just does that. I researched and looked through several other log books on Amazon but this one checks all the boxes for me. It is a perfect sized, high quality, cute little book that I know will order over and over again! Not to forget, it lasts for 4-6 months at least, depending on how often you workout. Best purchase ever and I can't wait to look through these books years from now!
