Instructions are not informative. They give you settings but do not explain if you move unit around or place it on the area. To get any action it seems you have to work electrode straight in on the target until it arches, light a spark plug, and barley move until it arches again. If skin tag has any size bigger than the end of a needle you'll work for weeks to get results, not gotten results after 3 weeks. If you are using under arm you'll need someone to help. Should have spent the money on down payment to dermatologist appointment to get results.

I am happy with my purchase. It does what it is supposed to do, it burns your skin. Having worked with cautery devices in the past, it is a nice little device. It takes a little time to get used to using, but is very effective. I use it for skin tags and cherry angiomas, which I do not recommend to anyone without medical experience.

I only used it for very small skin tag and it works well. The skin tags disappeared and the skin is clean.

Really good product! I'm impressed with this product as I now don't have to be embarrassed with skin tags. The pain is worth the beauty. Also works good on beauty marks.
