It is perfect for my Bikram Hot Yoga classes. It does not move but still absorbs my sweat so well. It soaks up moisture so that your towel doesn't feel soaked throughout class. The fabric is not a microfiber so it keeps you cool instead of making you even hotter as most microfiber towels do. I ordered another one as soon as my first class with this towel was over. It has the little clear dots all along the back to keep if from slipping and is a litter longer than the size of my yoga mat which is perfect for class.

I originally purchased a different towel set that did not have the rubber knobs. I have suffered for months now with my old towel slipping all over my mat. I should know better ! - I have been doing Hot Yoga for years but the other purchase seemed like such a good deal. WOW!!! can I just say how foolish I was to continue suffering. One use and this towel stuck to the mat like a twin. No more creasing under my knees during camel pose, or sliding during warrior. Absolutely take away this piece of advice. Use a towel like this with the special backing as it will make all the difference in your attitude during class. When your mind is distracted with your towel you are not really present in the yoga moment. I will not make the same mistake again and I already purchased another towel.

I have several hot yoga towels and I love this one so much I just bought another one. It has tons of rubber bumps so it stays perfectly in place. I use a cork mat and this is the only towel that stays put throughout the entire 75 minute hot power vinyasa class. Even when I roll over my toes in downward dog it stays put. I waited until after washing and drying it in the dryer before posting this review because I wanted to see if that would have any affect on the towel but it was perfect again. Best towel I own!

I love everything about this yoga towel!! The color, material, and quality. It has non-skid grips on the bottom which worked out great for both regular (cold) and hot sessions, and the design definitely had a lot of girls complimenting me on how cute it was. The material and thickness is comparable to most other yoga towels, and it works perfectly over the top of a map for extra cushion.

The towel looks very nice and is exactly like seen in the pictures. It sticks to my mat and does not skid around. Towel is a bit this so the little pods keeping it in place are pressing through and leaving make on my skin simply laying or needing on it. I am 132 pound so not too heavy. Wish it was thicker.

I don’t take hot yoga but I do sweat a lot. I have a nice mat where the sweat bubbles up but knew a towel would be even better. I got the tie dye which is bright and cheery. It does not slip and absorbs the sweat. Have washed it a few times and is holding up great so far.

My favorite hot yoga towel. Doesn’t slip and doesn’t get soaked with sweat to the point of being squishy during class. I have 4 hot yoga towels and I pretty much just wash this one after every class so that I can use it the next day.

Great price and beautiful design. Would purchase again after few months of use . Dont waste $$$ on expensive towel yoga mats this works perfectly . Black holding bag came with it its waterproof and easy to attach to gym bag

This towel was a lot cheaper than Yogitoes, but does not perform as well for hot yoga. The "energy dots" on the mat side are rather hard and don't grip as well as the softer grips of the Yogitoes. The top side, while beautiful needs a good spritzing with water and still does not grip nearly as well as the Yogitoes which doesn't need any spritzing. But this towel is less than half the price, so it performs well for the price. I also have a couple Dusky Leaf towels and would say the top grip of this towel is better than the Dusky Leaf, but the Dusky Leaf has better grip on the mat side. Similar price.

I love how colourful this towel is!I was a little concerned about feeling the rubber bumps on the underside when in use, but they sink into the texture of my matt and I didn't even notice them.Definitly absorbent enough, I started using this on my matt when doing regular yoga, I just love it that much! And it might prolong the life of my matt too, at least I hope!

I love the colours in this, bright and bold and have lasted. The grip on the bottom keeps in nicely in place on your yoga mat and it washes well although I always hang to dry to preserve its life. I would buy this product again.

Only thing stopping me from giving this item 5 stars is that I have a more expensive mat towel and I find that in comparison my hands still definitely slide more on this one. Other than that, great bang for your buck! Exactly the right size to lay over a yoga mat, and the little grips on the underside keep it in place perfectly!

Beautiful yoga towel, length fits my mat perfectly and there are non slip things on the underneath of the towel to keep it from sliding off the mat. Will be buying another for back up
