This is a nice waist trainer! The velcro is much simpler to use than zippers. I read the recommendations to order one size larger, and I'm glad I did! The larger velcro piece is comfortable and the side pieces pull the trainer tighter. It's comfortable to wear and helps with posture. Please order one size larger than your normal measurements!
