Packed Handles are almost indestructible.
I really like fishing with Emmrod products out of my kayak. I have two of the packer rod handles, one paired with a four coil and the other with a Six coil rod. With the Packer handles it is easy to flip your lure out a good distance. The best part is when I catch a 2 to 4lb bass with my emmrods and watch the rod bend at the coil and the tip goes in a 360 degree circle always following the bass movements. It's fun to feel and a hoot to watch.

Not the color I ordered, but great rod.
I'm a huge Emmrod fan and own six of them in different configurations (four Packers, one Packrod Spin (cork), and one Battle Rod) They're great rods for hiking, camping, or traveling. I do have one complaint, though...When the listing says "Emmrod (GREEN) Packer Fishing Pole", don't send the buyer an orange handle. They might've ordered the green because they already have an orange one. Just saying...
