It is what it is. It's just big enough to lock right onto my handlebars and small enough to put in my jeans no problem.

I purchase this lock to use as a helmet lock during my 38 day trip to Alaska an back. The lock didn't survive the trip.I purchase a Harley lock in Seattle that looked just like this lock and it didn't survive the trip either. The lock fell apart on the Alaska Highway even though it wasn't under any pressure at the time.
