Reliable, long-lasting, great support
I’ve had this unit for 4 years now. It still works great without any leaks. The water tastes great. It was easy to install and the replacement filters are very easy to find and replace. Nick has been extremely helpful with product support.

This is the filter I was looking for
InstallationWe got the water filter today and I've installed it myself with the help of my dad. We are not experts in plumbing so consider us as layman here. It was not that hard to install, but you have to plan properly. The manual should contains more details. The tubes once go into filter won't come back out, so you need to properly plan, given little space under the sink.ProsI live in Austin, TX where the tap water is around 180 ppm measured in TDS meter. After installing this, it came down to 12 ppm. Water taste great. No difference from the water I got from commercial water delivery service. Waste water (drainage) was not bad at all. I kept waste water line drained into a bucket for few days and the waste water amount was less than the filtered water amount (this was a concern I had because this is a RO filter). This is great for an RO filter. There is a pump inside and it's very quiet. You need to electric power, so make sure you got an outlet there. From my calculations this should be economical for me than using a water delivery service. From the look of it, the components are properly built.ConsNothing much. The instructions should be more detailed. Makes sure you watch the YouTube video from them. Price is bit high, but I'm happy as long as this works as they say.I'm very happy so far.Nothing much

NO REPLACEMENT FILTERS AVAILABLE
Initially, I loved the size and ease of the filter. Fast forward a year and now there are no replacement filters available. I'm stuck with a hunk of junk. AVOID!

So far so good
I have not had this unit very long, however the filter light has not triggered a need for the pre-filters yet. The last filter system that starts with a "B" needed filters every two months!

Great customer support
The product comes packaged very well, all the instructions were very easy to understand and the unit was easy to install. I went with this unit to avoid all the clutter under the sink area, as well as avoid a lot of the water waste like you have with other filters. The thing I was most impressed with was the customer support. I had a small issue with the initial unit I ordered when I went to install it. I was able to get someone on the phone right away upon calling. I spoke with Nick at iSpring. He was overly helpful and provided me with a quick solution to keep my day rolling so I wasn't hung up trying to figure out what to do with my new filter. The customer service aspect with this company is awesome, very responsive and helpful if you are in need, Highly recommend! Thanks Nick!

Greatwell = Great System
I did a lot of research and I never write reviews but I did feel compelled to share my experience with the Greatwell. I learned 6 months I had some undesirable elements in my well water and quickly went into research mode. My kitchen is small so we do not have room for a traditional RO system. Upon researching I liked that the Greatwell was the only one I could find that complied to government standards and was made by a reputable company (iSpring). Install was easy and component has been great for first 6 months. My TDS was 150 and the Greatwell brings it down to about 12. For me, piece of mind with drinking water is huge.

Jury is still out.
Water flow is kind of slow and it’s a little noisier than and I thought it would be.Had great response from tech-support when we first bought it. Having a hard time hearing back now.Parts per million readings range from 13 to 150. The tapwater is 450 ppm. I think the longer you run the filter the cleaner the water gets.Also there is a delay in water flow when you turn the faucet on.

Takes 1 minute to put out RO quality water.
Whats the point of spending 478 dollars on a RO system that requires you to run the water for a full minute before providing quality water? My tap water without a filter is around 48ppm, first few seconds of water out this filter is around 25-32ppm then it slowly starts dropping down till its finally 5-6ppm.
