I have not used a neck harness since high school before using this. I use the bottom rungs and go light. I slightly bend over with my hands on my thighs and work my neck back and forth like I’m nodding. This motion really helps to strengthen the neck muscles and it is beneficial in getting that sore neck feeling I get from sleeping out. I don’t go heavy just enough to feel my neck strengthening. The rings move freely with the motion so it creates a smooth movement. I would recommend this to anyone looking to strengthen their neck or relieve pain.

A strong neck is critically important not only for athletic performance but also for prevention of serious injury. Some studies have also found a strong neck can possibly help prevent or limit the severity of concussions. This head harness is well made and a worthy addition to any home gym. Just don’t go overboard on trying to max out weights with this.

This head harness is a must have if you play any sport where having a strong neck is involved. I play rugby and I scrum a lot which means I need to have a strong neck. I have been using RimSport for a number of my fitness equipment and once again they have not let me down. Very easy to use and lightweight as well. This harness comes with 2 options one for the lower part of the neck and one for the upper part of the neck. So if you are looking for a stronger neck try this head harness out and you will not be dissatisfied.

Omg! This is the best product that I've bought related to the fitness industry! I cannot stress this enough on how effective this product is. It came very quickly and from the first two sets, my neck and traps were on swole! I been trying for several years now to build my traps but the usual exercises don't work for me. I feel it more in my shoulders and triceps than anything. The pump from the photo was just three sets of 20 reps. THICKTRAPZ SZN!!!!

Great harness for neck training a strengthening. I would only like one slight improvement. I think it would be better if the d-rings were circular. ocassionally the d-rings slip out of place and back again causing the tension to shift. Great quality and company.

I actually got this for my boyfriend. He is using it to rehab/strengthen his neck after a bad fall down the stairs a few months ago. He's really pleased with the adjustable velcro straps placed on both the head, and chin areas.He loves the rings on the sides. This allows for better movement of the weight. He said he would highly recommend this product guys. I hope this helped.I attached a picture so you all can see that you are truly getting the same one in the picture they have. Be advised with some other companies. For they have this same one in their picture but it was not the product we got.

This really works! The 1st 2 days were hard and it felt like my neck was doing crunches. That's how much my neck hurted but that's good cause it really showed me my weakness. Very safe, secure, fun and easy to use! Would def buy again!

Used this for a couple of training sessions to get a feel of it. Overall I would say not bad. I use it mainly with the cables & so far its working well.Pros- Overall built quality is there. Did not notice any fraying or tearing so far.- The head part is adjustable & felt comfortable wearing it.- Additional D-rings at the side of the head is VERY USEFUL to allow exercise variationsCons- The chin strap system is not easy to secure or tighten. If they use a metal loop, that would have solve the issue.- I find this annoying: The vertical strap will cover part of both ears so I can hear the straps rubbing against each other during each movement. They should have moved it slightly off center to avoid covering the ears
