I didn't have any issues with mine. The collar is taking time to be as soft as I would like something around my neck that close. But I'm confident it will get that way with a few more times. I have been wearing it around the house whenever I can to get it that way. I dont know what the other person was talking about, about it being broken and not useable it you have ever tried to fix a necklace before even once it will be easy to fix what I think they might of been referring to.

This is definitely a necklace that will start conversations! I am a boudoir photographer and we bought this for a shoot in Las Vegas, it was perfect! The only thing I could say something negative about is the width of the choker, if you have a shorter neck it is a hard fit.

It is beautiful. However, the clasp and connectors for the strands that within 10 minutes of wearing, one strand had fallen off and the clasp broke. If you want to buy something that will immediately require repair and replacement of parts, this is your item.

Sparkly and added a nice flair to swimsuit photoshoot! The neck part is a little big/loose but it's not so bad that i cant use it

As soon as I picked it up out the box, a line of rhinestones fell off. I will be returning!!this was definitely not worth $26!!**They charge $24.99 to return! Do not waste your time**
