Very light for transport and easy to put together so they can be taken apart for storage and taken to the beach etc far easier than other products that, once in situ, cannot be moved. Good gas distribution and easily adjustable flame. The beauty of this product is that can good anything on it, breakfasts, eggs etc, and barbecue food just by adding a little of the Muurikka cooking fat. Once used, you simply add a bit of water to the pan, heat it up to dissolve any fat and pour the water away. The pan can then be wiped dry with some paper kitchen towel. Very quick to clean and store away again with none of associated issues that food remains have with other products, and none of the mess you get trying to clean barbecue grills with brushes etc. They may not look as sturdy as other outdoor cooking products but they do the job easily, and with much less fuss. They have sold really well where I live through word of mouth and are well worth the investment. Once used once, you will not go back to standard barbecues, and like mine, the old barbecue will make its way to the tip.
