I have arthritis in my hips, knees and hands. This is the best jointcare supplement on amazon. I don’t leave reviews often but I had to for this supplement. I am on my second bottle, I did stop taking them for a month and the arthritis in my hands got worse. As soon as I start taking them again problem disappeared. I’m really impressed with this product. Bought for pain in knees as I do a lot of walking.
