New Women Instyles Black Faux Leather PVC Long Gothic CoatBeautiful coat; good quality fabric, well made but unfortunately for me, it was too small.I had to return it for a full refund.I ordered size XL, it being the largest on offer at the time, however it appears to be Asian sizing and more like a size UK 14 or thereabouts.My attempt to return this item via Hermes, was unsuccessful and involved some untruthful status reports, by them.I contacted Amazon Customer Services and was assured that they would investigate this. I have now, successfully, returned this item via Royal Mail.Amazon Customer Services were extremely helpful and reassuring when I spoke to them. (Thankyou Amazon.)I would NOT recommend Hermes to anyone.

This is something i have wanted for a long time and I just love it. It fits perfectly shows of my legs to perfection and will be great to go out in.

Great coat and good service
Great coat which I bought for a fancy dress outfit. I am a size 8 and bought the small and fits perfectly. It is creased but that has to be expected with this material being folded. Easily sorted with a with a towel over it and ironed on a low heat. Great customer service as well when I made a mistake on the order. Rectified quickly so very happy. Would definitely recommend.
