Easy to use

Perfect Size
I have a "regular" blender but it's big so I don't just leave it on the counter & some days I would want a smoothie but just not feel like digging my blender out of the cupboard. This is exactly what I needed. I leave it on the counter because it doesn't take much space at all. It is definitely powerful enough to grind the ice & fruit up and I love having a smoothie whenever I want one. It's easy to clean & I have had no issues after a month of frequent usage. I also like that unlike my regular blender that tends to move when it's on high, this one stays put in its place.

Rough Start, things going better now.
I was really excited about this as I now live alone and it seemed perfect for one person. Like anything it needed washed out before use. Nothing new there. It fit my ingredients perfectly. It does take a bit of time to blend. But I feel that's mostly from things getting stuck in the thin bottle and having to work them down to hit the blades. There was a faint smell of heated up plastic the first few times I used it as well. But since I didn't see smoke I soldiered on. All of this is okay and easy to deal with. The big issue came when the blade top wouldn't come out of the base. It was kind of annoying. I considered just returning it then and there but decided to give it another try. I flipped the base over to screw it on to the top of the cup, made my smoothie. Flipped the whole thing back over and after two days of trying to get the blade out of the bottom it came right out with the cup. No issues since and the burning smell is no longer there. So rough start but going good now and the smoothies are great and blended perfectly.

A great blender.This week I received an experiment. Strawberries and blueberries pear and ice. The fruit crunch is great and also the ice.Very convenient to operate and clean.The device is caught on the table with a vacuum and therefore does not move at startup. Very pleased

Great Blender！I want to buy a smoothie blender since I was trying to loose weight. Until I saw this one, I know this is the one. Cause This blender has two bottles and very easy to storage and take them out anytime. The machine is very slim and lightweight to store. Love it!

One Damaged Jar & Strong Burning Smell
I got this blender to keep at work and make myself a healthy smoothie lunch at work - very disappointed with the purchase - one jar was damaged and the first time I tried to use the blender there was very strong burning smell. I have contacted the seller but haven't heard back from them.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Love this blender. I cannot get over how quick and easy using, taking along, and cleanup is. Wow. Blenders can be a pain, especially since they are heavy, and cleaning is a pain. But this is so easy even my daughter (age 11) can do it. Follow the directions and hold the button no more than 30 seconds at once, otherwise you will start to smell the machine heating up. It is fine to do it in increments. Probably 30 seconds is just fine for getting the job done anyway. Recommendation for the user: pour liquid in first (unlike your typical blender) as blades will be at the top before overturning and putting into blender unit. Then, when blending, the blades will be closest to the solids on the inside. Blend fruits, veggies, yogurt, protein powder, milk, almond milk, water, etc... frozen allows you not to have to add ice. Always add fluids in. Instructions are good, plus, learned by experience on what to do and what not to do. :) Great grab-and-go thermos. Blades rinse off in less than 10 seconds.

Disappointed
Got it loved it and then it just stopped working out of the blue. When it was working it was fantastic! Now I'm upset as it just stopped working for no reason and the blender lid came apart and leaked everywhere. I really did love it when it worked.
