SAM GPS Security Pro (free android Mobile App and Web dashboard) - GPS Tracker Device For Car,Truck and Bus with Engine lock, Anti theft Alarm and Voice monitoring (lifetime sim validity)

Guys, I beg you don't buy this. It's works fine for few days only. No issues in the device, but their server is worst. You will start getting all notification, tracking with 6 hours delay. After you enter the safe zone, you will get your previous ignition ON alert and it will trigger theft alarm, you need to run from your half sleep to check your bike. Till now I have reset my account around 5 times, it will work for few days good then again everything delay. I reached my office and checking the app, it is still showing my bike is in my home, around 3 hours later it is showing half of the way I have travelled. Again I am saying there is no problem with the device, but it is their server. I am calling them since yesterday ( May 16, 17 2019 ) but the response is automated voice "Our server currently under maintenance".Please kindly do some research and reviews on other GPS devices. When it comes to safety & security, the timely notification and alert is the first point to be done correctly, but in this case, SAM GPS is worst like anything.And one very worst thing is, sometimes (many times actually) you will see in the map that your bike position has moved to different places in a magical manner, like jumping to different places (where there is even no roads) and coming back again to original place. Sometimes this sudden jumping will exceed the safe zone area and your mobile will start giving theft alert, and you need to run to check !

A big appreciation to SAM GPS Security device.1. Live tracking of vehicle is absolutely perfect with pin point location and accuracy2. I purchased Pro version of device for my Suzuki intruder 150 and the vehicle on of feature is perfect3. Inbuilt battery backup is highest in the sagment4. speed monitoring is almost perfect shows max speed of the vehicle in particular day running5. Gives you average analysis of vehicle Mileage6. Anti theft feature is awesome in with if car starts with original or duplicate key it gives you a instant alert on your mobile phone even if anyone wants to cut the wire it also gives you the alert7. Device give you almost perfect data of your vehical on Map where it goes and how may time it takes stop with stopage time8. Also gives you a option of Satellite view in Map9. Set SAFEZONE I.e geofencing Feature is absolutely perfect10. If Device removed from vehicle it gives you Time, date and location of that particular incident area.11. Statistics shows how long vehicle has run (In KM), also statistics shows in graphical form for ease of understansing12. last but Not the least The customer care support is very responsive and helpful everytime you called them.In one sentence the device is perfect for all vehicle for their safety and security

Got a new bike, took the device to the dealer on delivery day. The customer care was responsive enough to guide the technician on install.Post install, the customer care promised activation in half an hour. It's now been 5 hours.I don't mind that, the worst part is, at night they don't respond to whatsapp (their main means of communication) and the phone was continuously busy.Finally, a rude watchman picks up, says some gibberish, cuts the call, and the phone is busy again!!Something about the customer care feels like it is a one man operation. I'm unsure whether they would support during crisis where urgency is needed.And BTW, still not activated.Am open to revisit rating if they make up for it somehow**EDIT**I got a callback from SAM GPS within an hour of posting my earlier experience, saying activation was done, and it was. He is also promising a 24*7 hotline number launch by the end of this month. Hopefully that would avoid experiences like the above, and I'll be happy to give the last star as well.AppThe App is super accurate - drive up and down the same road and you can see two distinct lines, showing every wiggle you made on the road.The device has additional ports for features mentioned on the device, but I guess that functionality is yet to be launched. Awaiting that.The engine start/stop, geofencing feature, theft alert, overspeeding alert, all works beautifully.But I feel the alerts should come with a loud noise on the phone rather than tame text jingles (confusing between text/spam and security alerts - boy who cried wolf effect).I also expect the terms and conditions should cover user data privileges, rather it has only clauses for protecting the company from indemnity.That being said, the product is great VFM and a must have device on all vehicles.

good product. live tracking, engine excess to lock and unlock the engine. i installed on my bike hero karizma. installation explained by sam gps customer care to the local mechanic and mechanic did perfect installation. I would suggest sam that please bring the feature of security alarm with this device.thank you.

Worked perfectly for 1 week.. The alarm turns on its own with no reason and gives a headache.. history of track jumps here and there for no reason.. SOS not working.. works only with internet.. coustomer care says it shouldn't be in metal contact code of heating issues.. the bike has been parked in covered parking for 2days and suddenly alarm rings and msg us someone is trying to steal.. how this can be considered heating issue? When its in close shed?? I am disappointed.. I would be happy if it can be rectified..

It works initially good, after few days it won't work properly and from there the Customer executive will escape, he won't reply ur watsapp messages or phone calls, from now u must completely depend on ur fate
