Mixes well in coffee!
As for this brand of collagen, it dissolves well, texture is very fine, tastes great in my coffee. The price follows along with all the other collagen powders.It's really hard to write a review on collagen. I have used collagen in my coffee for the past 15 years. I have probably tried 18 or more brands. I continue to try different brands to see if there is a difference in health benefits .As for any benefits I have NOT seen any nail growth, hair growth, clearer complexion, etc. However, I have reduced pain in my knees and that is the main reason I continue to use collagen daily. Being a senior lady with severe osteoarthritis, I need all the help I can get for less joint pains.I am an avid walker and walk 4 miles daily to also help with osteoarthritis pain. In my honest opinion, collagen has decreased my inflammation, therefore, reduced pain.As for this brand of collagen or any brand of collagen, do your own research and try different brands to see if you experience benefits. We all will not experience the same benefits in our trials and health.

Two Scoops?!
I like this collogen, I throw it in my water bottle along with a flavored powder to sip on throughout the day. I haven't had any issues with clumps or a strong taste even though it says non flavored, (everything has a flavor).My only issue is two scoops are needed for one serving! That is a ton, the powder is pretty fine but still that's a lot of powder to mix up.
