One set of speakers great, multiple units no way.
Works well. As far as I con see it is iTunes only which is a bit of a bummer but accepting this it does seem to "just work". Great for our party last month. ITunes can connect to multiple remote speakers so we bought another. Our first one was on promotion at ten quid which was great. The second was the current price, twenty quid which is as much as most people would want to pay. However the second device did not play well with the first (crackling and drop outs). Cant say if its a fundamental conflict or just Apples lousy protocols. Either way, fine if you just have one. Star rating pitched twixt 5 and 1 stars depending on if multiple sets of speakers is important to you

Mine just wasn't useable.
I was looking forward to using this connected to some powered speakers. Its small, neat and essentially worked well, but I am forced to return this product as when it wasn't in use, it continually made noise, electronic hissing, crackling & popping, that could be heard throughout my home. It was cheap enough, and I don't expect any issue with its return, but I can't recommend this product.

Fabulous bit of kit
Fabulous solution for connecting iPhone, tablet, laptop to redundant amps or existing systems. I wanted to be able to wirelessly broadcast music from iPhone and this does a very good job. Discrete box allows it to be positioned out of site, saying that it's not an eyesore so can sit on a unit or shelf. Sound quality is very good and setup was very easy through the iPhone using the supplied instructions. For the price, it does what is advertised very well and a steal at the price.

PLEEEEAASSSE MAKE SURE THE SETUP INSTRUCTIONS ARE CORRECT. Actually a 5 star product for the price but I doubt anyone without network savvy will get this working. You MUST first plug it into your hub/router and then go into the hub/router settings to find the IP address for it - then browse into that and THEN put the network key into the setup configuration. I am a network engineer and it took me a while to get it working.

Purchased to enable me to stream audio back down a network link in a live digital sound desk solution. Surprisingly good for the money but annoying that you have to use iTunes for everything. I'll play with it some more to see if this can be overcome

So good that I'm planning on buying another one.
This box is for sending music wirelessly to your stereo, from your phone or laptop. If you're familiar with Apple's AirPlay feature, as found in products like the Airport Express, then this is pretty much the same, for a quarter of the price. It's a really simple-looking box, and is very light. In short, it doesn't look like much. However, it's very easy to hide, and it even has little slots for wall-mounting, which is a nice touch.Setup is a breeze. In fact, it's even easier than the manual suggests. The box plugs into a USB charger (not supplied, but you have dozens of them, right?), and a separate cable connects it to your HiFi's Aux input. You then connect it to your home network via WiFi, or (optionally) Ethernet. On your laptop or phone's WiFi preferences, select the 'WiFiAudio' network, launch your browser, and type in the web address written in the manual. You're then taken through a simple setup wizard, which detects your home network. Enter the password and you're done.If you were to follow the instructions as written, you'd think that you have to stay connected to the WiFiAudio network. This would suck, since you couldn't browse the web. They don't mention this, but you can freely switch back to your normal network, and the box will still work.Positives: Small, light, easy to hide. Reliable network connection (no skipping, unlike other devices I've tried). Sound quality is excellent.Negatives? Cheapo packaging and (as mentioned above) the instructions could be clearer. But these are nits on a Maharaja's elephant. I like this device.Disclaimer: The manufacturer provided a free sample for this review. But, seriously, it's so good that I'm planning on buying another one.
