Firstly I wanted to try something new. I did not see any harm in this product, even Wikipedia says that the main active ingredient is avegetative extract. Its name confirmed by EFSA. Effect is not instantaneous, and this is good, it means that it is not just another chemical formula. It needed a month to see that glavonoid works. It gives results! Belly fat started to disappear. At least I feel more freedom in my favorite pants. Very glad! Slowly, but surely, I will continue. I know that for the plants extracts it takes longer. The main important thing is that my initial goal is achieved, and the fair price lets not to be in a hurry.

Complete waste of money. The first day I took the 5 little pills (that I had to google if in one go or at separate times - 1st is correct), I got excited when I had a tummy ache and had to rush to the loo. Not a great way to lose weight though, but don't worry as that didn't last and after religiously taking my 5 tablets in the morning with my breakfast, some times without my breakfast and sticking to a lower calorie diet - NOTHING CHANGED. Not a sausage and that's not because I was gorging on Sausages because I hate those, but because these are rubbish and just don't do anything to make you lose weight. save your pennies!

My pack said nothing English like shown in picture, all chineese wording other than a table stuck over the pouch with basic information on, no details of benefits of this product, Laymans terms directions or ingredients, just numbers and codes. After a couple of times taking these they gave me horrible heart burn! it took me a few days to realise it was these causing it, in the bin!!
