- HAND WOVEN, HIGH QUALITY, DURABLE & EASY TRANSPORT: Handcrafted in India & not produced in factories. It takes up to 3 hours for a master weaver to hand loom a single yoga rug without the use of any electricity. You can easily roll it/fold it for transport and they are quite light compared to most rubber mats (1.2kgs).

- SUPERIOR GRIP WHEN SWEATING & COLD WASH: With cotton, the more you sweat the more you stick to the rug. Alternatively you can also sprinkle some water over the rug at the start of the class. Please cold wash only separately & avoid tumble dryer!

We believe in organic, sustainable processes that are in harmony with people and the environment. The cotton used to weave our rugs is organically sourced, and the handloom weaving and dyeing process requires minimal electricity and doesn't create environmental pollution. It is also our priority to ensure that everyone involved in the process is treated fairly, and that no child labour is used. That is why all of our rugs are GOTS certified. All of our weavers in India are skilled artisans with generations of experience in handloom weaving. This rug has been lovingly woven with skill, time, dedication and care.
