Good for both walking and running
This is my second pair of this particular athletic shoe. Wore out the other pair walking our dog for 2-4 mile clips at least five times a week. Very comfortable and provides the right type of support for those dog walks. I even used it to do some HIIT sprints and the shoes held up really well. No doubt that HOKA will come out with an even better shoe but for now, these will do.

My foot pain is almost gone.
UNTIL I GOT THESE, I THOUGHT ALL TENNIS SHOES WERE ALIKE.Was i wrong these were recommended by my podiatrist and after one day of wearing them i will never buy any other. My feet pain is almost completely gone. i wasn't used to paying this much for tennis shoes, but they are worth it.

Very comfortable and supportive walking shoe
Bought for my husband. He loves them . They are nothing like he’s ever had before . They are very comfortable for walking and seem to be very durable. He has worn them almost every day for the last couple of months and they look new . It was definitely a hit

Hoka doesn't honor their warranties
I bought these shoes for my son in May 2024. He used them for work since he is on his feet all day. He loved them, but this month, October 2024, they developed a clean rip on the right side of the right shoe where the material separated from the sole. I started a warranty claim with Hoka and sent the shoes back to them. I tried to follow up with them, but they couldn't track it with their return number. They need the UPS tracking number of my shipment, which I had misplaced.Low and behold, I got the shoes sent back to me by Hoka. They said they couldn't honor the warranty because it had expired. It's a 1-year warranty. I called support and they still couldn't track using their own number. They wanted the original UPS tracking number. When I finally got support to understand that Hoka sent the shoes back, they said no one can oppose the warranty department, not even a supervisor. I asked for a supervisor and all I got was, "We will take your info and someone will get back to you in 24 hours." They don't want to let you talk to anyone nor will they give you any kind of tracking number for support cases.These shoes are expensive for such poor, disorganized customer service. I would be very wary of spending any money on them.
