Q: How hard is this to integrate into the amt ecto 1 kit?

I don't think it would be hard at all. Just find a good location for the speaker, battery holder and switch. Normally in 1/24-25th scale models, I would run the speaker under the hood (if I didn't have the complete engine built or even omitted the engine), The switch could be placed on the bottom of Ecto-1 in the rear and the battery holder could be placed in the "Stretcher" aka Proton Packs compartment area. Q: Can i install this on my actual car?

You can actually connect the circuit to a very large speaker or megaphone to get it loud enough for a real car. Also be aware some car batteries will often run a few volts higher while the alternator is charging them. If this is the case with yours, you can add a small 470 Ohm, 1/2 watt or larger, resistor between the circuit and the battery to be safe. Feel free to shoot us a message if you have any questions!

Q: What Wattage does the 100 ohm resistor have to be for to hook it up to a car ?

We've recently found that the car batteries can put a little more strain on the circuit than we previously thought, so we now recommend a 470 Ohm resistor, 1/2 watt resistor to run it on a car battery.
