Help!!
Can't get this to work although the light comes on when inserted into phone - 'mount USB' does nothing and taking the stick out causes the phone (Moto G) to reboot/reset, as if I'd switched it off. Have copied files to the stick which the computer can see but pretty hopeless if phone can't see what's on it. Card which came with the stick has an email address to contact but this address isn't available (returned undeliverable). If anyone has any ideas please let me know!!

Not as easy as I had expected.
I am not very tech savvy I use my phone as a camera and bought this so I could save my photographs to my laptop. Not as easy as I had hoped but with perseverance I got there (I think). It might be excellent but I am not clever enough to know.

Arrived really quickly & securely packaged. A very good value product that is also of good quality. Easy to use, you just plug it in & that's basically it. I liked it so much I've ordered another 2.

Havent figured out how to transfer my pictures across as no instructions were i the package however it does fit my samsung j5 phone arrived on the date given and packaged well.
