I loved the material and feel of it, but the backpack is too small for my purposes. I needed a bag that could carry my laptop and a pad of paper for class, and I was initially impressed that my 15" x 11" laptop just barely fit into the laptop sleeve. However, it was a tight fit on the top when I tried to close the zippers and it put too much strain on the straps, making my shoulder hurt. I would only recommend this backpack to people who have much smaller laptops, like a 13".If you want this backpack for the security -- the lock is not very good. It's plastic and is very easy to pick. I managed to lock myself out of the backpack and scramble the combination accidentally, and one of my friends cracked the combination in about two minutes by rotating and testing the dials one by one until they don't move when the unlock button is pressed.Update: After posting this review, the company contacted me and offered to provide me with a larger bag for free. Because of this I expect they will have larger bags available for purchase sometime in the future. I bumped my rating from 3 stars to 4, since their customer service was so great and they're clearly dedicated to keeping their customers happy.

I like this backpack a lot, the only thing that I don't like is that the water bottle pockets are too small for my 40 oz. Hydroflask, but it's hard finding anything that will hold that beast. Overall it was a good backpack till the zipper broke within 4 months. But I have to say, Jamesay has been incredible with getting me a new one. I emailed them this morning and they replied back almost instantly saying they would help me out. Great customer service so far. I will finish this review once the new pack comes in (they said 7-14 business days). Thank you Jamesay for heloing me so quickly!

One of the best Quality bags I have ever owned. Extremely well made. Excellent fabric. Plenty of pockets for my laptop, iPad, journals and accessories. So well made...unfortunately, that I may never need to order another. Definitely order one!

I use this bag for conferences and to the office. It carries all my necessary daily supplies: laptop, gym clothes, sundries, extra sweater, and some bare essentials for daily carry (medkit, etc), as well as my water bottle.It has held up well over the past 3 months, and I like the outside charging port.I wish there were a better spot for the battery pack needed for charging, as it kind of floats around in my bag right now - it's the one downside. On hot days I don't advise carrying it on both shoulders, as it doesn't breathe at all and your back will get sweaty.

I really like the compact design of this backpack. I was looking for something that I could pack my life into and still manage to walk around the grocery stores without apologizing for hitting everyone and everything. I needed the simplest design and one without endless pockets for me to lose things. Its very comfortable to wear and the attached usb cable on the side makes charging my phone so easy. There is no wrapping the cord around your next and holding the charger at an angle to get that percentage it, its just a plug and go. (Back-up Battery is not Included). I recommend this , the quality and the price are excellent.

I am mostly happy with this backpack. I bought it mainly for work travel as a way to hold the essentials: laptop, charger, wallet, phone. It doesn't hold much else besides that (I got the smaller size). The photo makes it look like you can fit clothes and tons of other things but you really can't. It would barely fit a sweatshirt, especially if your laptop is already in it. Also, the water bottle pouch on the side is fairly small. I would aim for a 2" (maybe 2.5") diameter water bottle if you want it to fit. I have a 750mL Camelbak water bottle that just barely fits in the pouch. The small size is nice for easily fitting underneath the seat on the airplane, but sometimes it would be nicer to have more space.

Cons: I got one with a built in lock and it was great until the combination changed on me since it's not the most durable and secure kind of lock. The USB cord l built in pulls out easily so it requires a lot of maintenance. And the inside had an additional flap that getting in the way of putting in things like small binders or even a laptop if you're rushing to pack.Pros: the adjustments make traveling very nice. The side pockets are useful for umbrellas. The organization is overall excellent. It looks really nice.All in all, it is a decent backpack and very budget friendly but the cons slowly to bother me enough to want a new backpack after a year's worth of use now that everyone and their mothers on campus has this backpack, too.

Okay so the overall look of the backpack is amazing and I loved the idea of a charging port on the outside of the backpack. The backpack it self seems to be cheaply made, the zippers seem like they will break off after a month of use, and the given lock is a joke. Wearing the backpack brings the most problem, it rubs against your neck and begins to hurt after 5 min of walking. The charging port will drain your portable charger battery whether something is plugged in or not, so don't plug it in unless you are charging something. There are some cool pockets though. My overall grad of the backpack is a solid C/ C+. But honestly if the price was lowered 10 dollars this would be a great buy for any middle school/ beginning high school teen, but definitely a no for college.

Would not order this again. Went back to my old computer pack. External USB charger barely supports my 25k battery charger. Construction, especially the surface that touches your back is incredibly flimsy and buckles/ folds in half when placed on the floor next to my desk. So difficult to slide a 15" macbook into the compartment without having to feed your whole arm into the pocket to get the laptop in. Would not recommend at all! It actually was donated. Have no use for it.

So I like this backpack but the main thing was that you can out a charger in it and charge stuff from the usb port on the outside and its nice and all but it would be better if there was a specific pocket to put your power bank in. It has a little pouch at the bottom of the bag that you can put the power bank in but I find it annoying when I have a lot of textbooks and stuff to carry around because its obtrusive. A pouch on the side would have been better. Its also a pretty small bag so dont expect to be carrying a lot of textbooks and stuff in it.

Broke the zipper after only a few months of use, mostly my fault for over packing with a larger laptop. Make sure the bag has extra room to fit the computer. Mine fits the dimensions, but I cannot secure the laptop with the Velcro strap.

About 30 days into the bag and the zipper keeps separating on the sides of the bag, even while the zippers are locked. The overall bag is nice. However, the construction seems flimsy. This is my first backpack so it is serving my needs, but I am definitely looking for another one.So after my review I was contacted about the backpack I purchased and was sent another one with an improved design. 1 and a half weeks into the new bag and... much much better. First I appreciate the follow up to my initial review. Secondly I have not any issues with the lock or the zippers coming open on the new bag. The overall bag even seems more robust and sturdy as far as the material and the zippers. I would definitely recommend the new improved item.

Purchased this bag in fall of 2017, carried a fat laptop and textbooks for college around pretty good, shoulders hurt and you cannot really fit all that much in the bag. Not as many pockets as i would've liked, The bottom of the bag has begun to tare open and will probably not make it to 2020. The fabric might look good but is mostly blastic based and the base begins to crack sooner than expected. The charging port doesn't work anymore and when it did it was very slow and kinda useless. Looks cool doesn't last.

I love this backpack. Sleek and stylish. I literally get compliments almost everywhere I go with it. Plenty of space and Plenty of pockets. The design on the material looks extremely high quality. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a backpack.
