Prickly Heat Powder Snake Brand (140 gram)

Took this to Egypt as I always get prickly heat anywhere hot this product is brilliant at calming and cooling hot itchy skin

Worked really quick, voila and no itch!

I developed a sweat rash on my torso and had tried numerous things to get rid of it and nothing was working.I picked up a container of Snake Brand Powder in the hopes that it would solve my problems. I have to say that it works really well and has a nice scent. My skin would be sensitive and I experience no problems at all. The tingle you get when you put it on is quite pleasureable.My only concern, hence the 4 stars, is that it contains talc. When using it I would sometimes feel my eyes tingle and also up my nose too, which concerned me a little.Another thing is that I found the lid a little hard to open sometimes, I guess because it's metal rubbing on metal and will probably get looser and easier to open as time goes on.If this was a talc-free powder, I think it would be perfect.I use it after a shower, when I'm standing in the shower with the water off, and then I can stick my head out the shower door to get a breath of air so I'm not breathing in talc dust.

This stuff is second to none for prickly heat. I first bought this last year for a late summer trip to Ibiza after I suffered terrible prickly heat on my last few holidays.I used it preventatively in Ibiza and had no prickly heat. I did wonder if maybe it just wasn't hot enough and wasn't sure if the powder was why I didn't get the rash or I just got lucky.Anyway, flash forward to the current heat wave in Ireland and I accidentally caught too much sun yesterday and got a bit burned. By bedtime I was covered in burning, itchy, bumpy skin. I dug out the snake brand and literally had instant relief. By this morning, the worst of the rash was gone with only a couple of small raised areas and virtually no itch or burning - from just one application late last night!!I'm over the moon because prickly heat has been starting to become a huge issue for me in the last few years - I'll never be without this amazing stuff now.Also this tin is HUGE. Amazing value and way better results than medication and creams.

I can honestly say this is brilliant. I had severe prickly heat in Cyprus and a member of staff gave this for me to try and see if I had some relief.OMG it was great, the relief is instant. It's best used afer a shower or bath, but you can use it at any time. It's has a lovely menthol smell too.I had never even heard of it before until the lovely bar lady offered it to me for relief instead of using ice.😀

I use this in the area around the bra band and around the groin area to help absorb perspiration. It's a fine powder, unlike some of the medicated powders on here which are gritty in texture. It feels silky and seems effective. Use it fairly lightly though - too much and you get a burning sensation. Keep it away from your bits and pieces!

After being a sufferer for years on holiday with prickly heat finding this product has been fantastic. Has great cooling features perfect to calm prickly heat rash and I’ve found using this along with the shower gel and lotion has helped me keep my prickly heat under control while on summer holiday. Defiantly worth a try.
