Item delivered was not as described or pictured. 2 of the 4 braces not included. Safety rail not included. Item damaged and dented. No assembly instructions. All in all total rubbish. It's being returned for a refund. Don't waste your time on one of these. Save your money. Find an extra £50 and buy a decent solid Werner combination platform ladder guaranteed for 25 years. There is no comparison.

A Amazon warehouse item proved to be exactly as described but the delivery person apologised for the condition of the packing and said that was how he received it.
