Very useful.This isn’t ideal for a bedside alarm clock if you like your room completely dark. However, it’s great if you like a nightlight for wayfinding at night. I use it in my home office. I’ve also used it in the kitchen and although it might seem odd to some, it’s incredibly useful in the bathroom.If you’re determined to have it in your bedroom, toss a small piece of dark cloth over it at night. It kills brightness but the numbers are still 100% visible.

The instructions for this one are in English! (Other similar products on here aren't.) You'll want to keep them as there's only 3 buttons but you can do several things with them. I've attached the instructions here. The instructions clearly show all the features. It IS a a VERY bright clock. It has a nice night time dimmer setting, though as other reviews have said, even on the dimmest setting it's a bit too bright for a bedroom. I'm using this in my kitchen and bathroom though so that's okay.It'd be nice it it came in other colors, I had to buy another brand to get a red version of this (for the bedroom, less harsh to look at even when it's really bright). That other version is not nearly as good as this one (and it doesn't come with English instructions).

Perfect size and brightness. It doubles as a night light if you need it to. Definitely going to get another for other rooms, hopefully in different colors.

Nice, accurate, little clock. After 24 hours, it’s still perfectly on time. My only real gripe is that the black model comes with a white cord- it looks strange.Each segment is surprisingly crisp, just like a standard 7 segment display- there’s no light bleeding from one illuminated segment to a dark segments. It could have a wider/more gradual brightness range. Seems like it goes from “really bright,” to “still pretty bright,” to “dim.” More brightness levels would be nice, but not necessary. The battery door on the unit I received is really loose and likes to fall out if the clock handled. A small piece of tape, to keep the door from rotating, fixed it.Overall, it’s much better than I expected.

This is a great clock. I tested it in a couple different spots. I have the white clock with blue LED lights. It looks much better on a lighter background location than it does a darker location. If you are putting your clock on a dark shelf, get the black clock instead. This replaces the little cable box LED clock that constantly flashed 12:00 on my TV stand. I cut the cable cord and no longer had a clock there, so this clock works perfectly. Read the dimensions of this clock. They might surprise you at how big or small it is, depending on your expectations. No issues at all with it.

Using as a way to keep track time while outside splitting wood and other outdoor activities at night. I have it sitting inside on the window ledge so I can see from where I work. I picker the blue on white because the utility room light is always and the numbers stand out nicely while outside. I can stand roughly 50 feet away and still see it.

I gave the overall rating a 5 because its a quality product. This clock probably works well indoors, I chose to use it outdoors in a covered area. It is difficult to impossible read the time in daylight if you are a few feet away. The casing is white and the numbers are very light blue (almost white). I took the clock apart and painted the casing black, this helped a bit but not enough. Quality product but does not work well in my environment. Red LEDs would probably make a huge difference.

I love the size and brightness of this clock but my problem is that I use it outside. It is in my shed window so we can see what time it is while out back. It's great at night..perfect, in fact but in the daylight you just can't read it. That is the only drawback and probably won't even matter to most people.
