Easy to clean, easy to set up, full viewing of your growth. Nice, cheap setup

Good first - technically works as advertised.Bad - The frame is incredibly flimsy. I put barely 1lb in and the frame twists and bends. The plastic isn't any better, it barely fits. It would be ok if it was snug or a bit more than snug but this is taught. I can barely zip the lid around the corners, my fear is ripping the zipper from the plastic and the way its fitting it looks like it won't take long. After this flush I'll report more but for now not looking good.Also the photoshop is disgustingly misleading.

This monotub is great for small spaces. I am first trying by placing a seedling warmer pad underneath; hopefully will not take long to find best way for temp management. Easy peasy to assemble. Should last long time, will be sure to work the zipper gently.

I've tried growing mushrooms in jars before and had poor success. So I decided this looked like a better option. It was easy to set up and seems sturdy. I don't have results yet as they take a while to grow but I'm hopeful this time I'll be successful! $24.29, a slight price drop so a good time to buy and try!

Okay, but hard to put together

As a first-time mushroom grower, I wanted a kit that made the process easy and foolproof. After researching options, I decided on the MCCKLE monotub kit. I'm happy to say it provided everything I needed for a very successful first harvest!The kit includes an airtight monotub container, spawn bags, coco coir block, perlite, and a humidifier tent. The detailed instructions walked me through preparing the substrate and inoculating the bags with mushroom spawn.Within a few weeks, the mycelium had colonized the bags fully. I transferred them to the monotub and the mushrooms grew quickly in the humid tent. I was amazed by the huge bountiful harvest from just one kit!I really appreciated that the kit came with extra coco coir and perlite substrate as well as the reusable grow bags and filters. It has allowed me to continue cultivating without buying anything else.For beginners seeking an easy, low-effort way to start growing quality mushrooms at home, this kit is perfect. I had a very rewarding first experience and now have the supplies to keep the mushrooms coming!

Overall it is a fairly priced mushroom containment/grow box. The ports are handy for modulating humidity and it is a decently study box in terms of the materials seem strong for the price range. However the frame makes it a bit unstable, double checked instructions, it may just be the nature of the material but it can be a bit wobbly and easy to deform if bumped or shifted too much.
