I've been after a wood looking case for ages for my iphone 6s plus. Great value for money and looks very authentic.I believe the back is a fine piece of wood stuck to the rubber case, I bought the sandalwood to go with my gold iphone and it looks awesome.Feel is great, gives lots of grip and buttons are still very tactile.It offers good protection without being big and bulky and doesn't bulk up the phone too much.Would definitely recommend to all who want something different from the usual cases available.

I purchased this case through Amazon prime, the case was a very snug fit and the wood looks great, just be careful not to take the phone in and out of the case and otherwise the wood can become brittleOtherwise I would highly recommend it.

So this wasn't actually sandalwood but tbh, that wouldn't have been too feasible. This is a really nice, high quality case that looks ace and does the job of protecting your shiny new phone (at least so far). Arrived in good time, thumbs up

It's great, the only down side is that it makes the phone look massive.

I bought the schockproof version for my iPhone 7 Plus in August 2018. I’m writing this review in October 2019. This thing still is great. It has protected my phone against some pretty extreme drops where I was sure it was going to be cracked. Overall the finish looks the same, but the rounded corners have had a little wear that has worn the wood to expose the black rubber beneath. Still, it is smooth to the touch and has a more antiqued look like furniture you see at an antique store. In some way, it actually looks even better than new. I still get compliments on it frequently. As long as production of this is the same as it was 14 months ago, I’d highly recommend getting yourself one.

This is a great phone case! I was tired of the plasticity feel of my old case. Wanted something more organic and texturized, but maintain the protective features. This is it! The corners might feel a little bulky but the day you drop the phone, you'll understand why. The wood is beautiful and authentic. Haven't tried putting a knob on the back, don't want to risk ruining the wood texture. Looove that it covers the apple icon too! Be a little careful when you put it on your phone, don't bend/stretch the edges too much, the wood can crack. Get the phone in on/off-button side first then the volume-button side (iPhone). Really impressed with this case. Hope it lasts a long time!

I swap my phone cases regularly - for seasons, holidays, etc. This one is my favorite. The corner protection is unmatched. It feels great, looks great and popsockets adhere well and pop off the wood tone. I have a screen protector on my phone, but I also feel like the bumper this case provides adds peace of mind. Excellent. Would buy again. My only complaint is that my daughter wants one and the only color variety is for the iPhone X. Kind of disappointing.

it does looks a little bulky but the shockproof for 7 plus is extraordinary, stopped using a glass screen protector as the case is so efficient that it ain't matter how it lands the screen won't get hit as the edges of the case come like 1 mm outside leaving the cellphone deep inside the case. probably your screen still break if the hit is hard enough it has only happened to me with the get out of the car with the cellphone on my lap several times, the dropped from my hands because i had a clumsy lapsus, and the flew out of the bed when the bed was being getting tide up.love the wood design and takes great care of the phone.

For my iphone 8 plus, ordered 3 different cases in similar profile (not the big chunky otterbox type, more slim/silicone profile). Myself and family all agreed this was the best in terms of padding, look and overall design. It has decent grip and much better padding and cushioning than I expected. As a bonus the wood looked pretty cool. What I liked best is the corners are bumped out just slightly which also helps grip and protection -- but without out being a clunky design. The protective lip on the face of the phone also feels 'right' -- not too high but also not to close to the glass screen. Buttons work well and form fit on the phone as advertised. Overall, I was surprised how much I liked this case and considered it the best I used to-date over any iphone I've owned.

I rarely write reviews. A product needs to be really exceptional to take time out of my day to do so. This is one such product.First of all, this case is beautiful. It really has a work of art feel to it. The wood is very smooth, yet maintains enough of the wood grain to have a definitive character to both the eye and the hand. The craftsmanship is A1.Since owning this case, I have worked as a butcher, and more recently a natural gas worker. This phone case has seen it all. My phone is pristine, despite drops, bumps, and a short splash into about 2 feet of water.I really could write about it for an hour. Long story short, buy this case and I guarantee your satisfaction.

this case is amazing! the wood is beautiful, and is bonded seamlessly to the flexible underlying case. I can't believe this is selling for what it is because it is worth much more. the buttons all move easily, and the cutout for the silence switch is big enough to reach easily. I also bought another case made out of bamboo that cost over twice as much, but the buttons were so stiff I had trouble turning my phone on and off or adjusting the volume, so I returned it.If I could improve one thing about it, I'd have it wrap around the front face a little more so it would give the screen a little more protection if you lay it face down, but overall, I still am very happy with.if you're on the fence about this case, I highly recommend it.

Received NeWisdom iPhone 7 Plus Phone case less than a week ago and I really like it. Sturdy construction, great corner protection, and pretty cool looking. My last case was a wallet case and it was easier to hold phone and type w/ 1 hand . This case is larger so it’s a bit of a stretch but I’ll get used to it. Overall, I’m happy with it as it seems to match product description.UPDATE: I dropped my phone a few times and all is well! It literally bounced when I dropped it the first time on my garage floor—hit the corner dead on and as good as new! I’d add an extra star if I could!

My review may not apply to other finishes or the 3x version or the iPhone 6 case.This wood/TPU case is amazing!I did not expect much from this case despite the previous good reviews and ratings. After all, how could a sub $10 (USD) case protect or enhance an expensive device like an iPhone 6 Plus? Color me---Wood me---surprised!I assumed the "wood" was an one-off situation at the factory, so I ordered two. Each case is actually different much to my surprise (image provided).I don't like the "dog bone" look of the 3x and I am very happy with this wood case!

I'm a phone case addict, always have been. When I decided to go iPhone, I couldn't wait to get my hands on the cases. This is my fifth and the best by far. The wood is genuine, thinly planed and attached to a black hard plastic case that fits perfectly on the phone. Usually I don't care for the "dust free" button covers, because they make the buttons hella hard to push. These do not. I love the choices of wood. I ended up with sandalwood, but all are pretty. I doubt one will be enough for me. Highly recommended.

Very bad design all the edge of the screen is exposed.

The opening for the camera location is not wide enough, I applied the first protection screen and found the camera was blurred, I removed it when I noticed the pictures blurred, I then put on the second one . Finally figured out the protection screen was covering part of the camera eye causing the blur. Just wish I had notice early on, I would have returned promptly. Not a b ad screen but does not work/fit on the iphone X

I was hesitant to believe the reviews on this case. I was expecting it to be rubbery and almost flimsy on the edges of the of case that wrap around the phone but this case is just the opposite. It looks like it'll be durable and fits like a glove, and by glove I mean the Apple silicone cases, which I use as well - I like to change cases from time to time so I have a few to choose from. I would say the rubbery description is misleading. Mine feels like cork if that makes any kind of sense. At first it's off putting. You're not sure how to deal with it. Is it wood? Is it rubber or plastic? It's likely some combination of the latter but it feels like these folks made a flexible cork-like case. Anyway, I really like it. It checks off all of the attributes I was hoping for: slim, fits well, great grip and surprisingly smudge free on the back - absolutely no fingerprints on the back. I will say with time, (I'm on day 3) it seems to develop a better feel in the hand from a grip perspective as well.My only complaint is I wish I had this case a while ago. It's certainly one of the best cases I have used.

I've had this case for several months and have been using it exclusively since I got it. I really love it! There has been a bit of wearing on the wood at the raised corners but it doesn't look bad and is totally reasonable for it to happen. One of the main reasons I bought this case was because I was sick of how my old slippery plastic case cause my phone to fall out of my pocket all the time. This has just enough traction to prevent that but is also easy to get out of pockets when you want to.One down side is the tempered glass protector I had on my phone was not compatible and putting on this case caused it to pop off. I'm certain some protectors would be fine but not the one I had. However, I was really pleasantly surprised to find that the rubber edge does an excellent job at protecting the screen. I have dropped a couple times (although much less that my when I had my slippery old case), when I was sure my screen would be cracked only to pick it up and find that it was perfectly fine.I honestly thought I'd get more compliments on it because it is pretty unique and looks great but either way, it's just my style, I love it, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about getting it.
