I'd been taking Nutrafol, and while the jury was out on whether or not it did anything for my hair, I DID notice a tremendous boost in mental clarity and energy as well as better blood sugar / appetite control (I am hypoglycemic, even after eating, so my hunger outweighs my caloric intake--making it difficult to maintain weight). That made me examine the ingredients to try to figure out what it was (and avoid $88 per month of Nutrafol). I expect it was iodine, zinc and possibly B12. All of them found in this supplement. Well, I am just finishing my first month of this product (Thyroid Boost), and am sold. Yesterday, I ordered two more bottles to cover the next two months. The strongest benefit I have received is in improved ability to concentrate / focus on difficult mental tasks. Other side benefits include improved energy, mood and a more normal appetite.

I purchased this product because I have synthroid resistant hypothyroidism. Simple Iodine works well for me however. Within days of purchase the company's custer service started harassing me to know how much weight I had lost..and to write a postive review. I ignored them despite numerous emails.... so here I am over a month since purchase. The amount of Iodine listed as in each capsule is the correct amount for me....that is IF there is that much in the actual capsule. Normally it only takes about a week or so to stop the symptoms, restless legs, cannot get warm even when its 85 un the house kinds symptoms... 2 weeks in nothing, same at 3 weeks... to sum it up...NO weight loss and No abating my symptoms. This product is not worth the moneyI stopped by a well known Whole Foods and grabbed a bottle of liquid iodine... one drop/day...a week later no symptoms, and I had lost 2lbs with no exercise...I am disabled btw.... so I would caution anyone to not waste ther money, as I did, on " thyroid boost" I honestly doubt the ingredients.I would have given it a -5 if I could.

I've been using this product for ONLY 3 days and I'm already seeing a difference. I have energy like never before and my digestive system is picking up. I'll have to update my review to see if it helps with weight loss. I've had much trouble losing weight over the past 2 years even with exercise. For the first time in a while I had the energy to run 20 minutes straight and I did not feel exhausted. Can't wait to see what happens by the time I finish the product.

Good allround help for your thyroid. Just be sure you have been / are nourishing your adrenals, folks - they've GOT to be in good shape before you start boosting your thyroid, or you're crusing for a nasty crash - both physcially and mentally. Get online and read up on all this. Then this will be of much better help to you.

This product didn’t give me more energy like other reviews read. It actually made me really tired

I have been looking for something to help with my energy levels & this has done just that! I have hypothyroidism & even with the Armour medication I take to regulate my thyroid levels it doesn’t fix the chronic fatigue or the brain fog that I normally experience. Since taking this supplement I have had a lot more energy & less brain fog. I’ve been waking up feeling good & well rested!

I have been taking an all natural vitamin and these for awhile now and I really feel better overall. I have always had a slow metabolism and could just look at food and gain weight lol, and have been concerned for years about my thyroid but this booster seems to really make a difference that I can feel. 5 Stars, I will keep buying!!!
