I didn't realize it only works when coneected to blue tooth for a limited range. When I'd leave it in 1 room but took my phone to another room, it would keep beeping. I know it is to keep you from losing items but I couldn't hang up my keys and walk to the bedroom. Why would I need/want to walk around with my keys next to my phone. If I did that, I wouldn't need the nut tracker since I'd always have my keys with me. Wish it had a little more range.

Device nolonger working after 2 months. even with a new battery the device will not pair. with the phone.

When I received the Nut, it was missing the little string that attaches it to my key. However, after I posted a review, they contacted me right away and said they will send me the missing part. It's easy to setup on an iPhone. My one beef with the product would be with the battery. I bought a Nut a few years ago, and then when I actually lost my keys, the battery in the Nut was dead, so it wasn't helpful at all. There should be an alert that tells you when the battery is low.

I gave them one less star because the instructions are lacking with the product. The MFG responds very well with specific questions. The App is is the concern more than the device. There is a description of what the feature is suppose to do. A downloadable walk through would help a lot.

I like nuts. They work well with my phone and sent free alerts when you have walked away from the nut (tile charges a premium for this). Problem is that it won’t stay closed. It keeps opening up and stopped working pretty quickly. I didn’t have this problem with the old, rectangular nuts. Just this new square one.

Great product but it is now lost somewhere. The nut broke off the thin string it is attached to the key ring. $15.00 wasted.

Get this thing ! It saved my life three times when I misplaced my keys. The app is simple as you need it to be when you are in a frantic hurry

It goes off all the time when my wallet is in my back pocket. Not confident if I lose my wallet I will find it.
