I will never buy another product by Hunter! I tried to BUY 2 spare remorse at the advice of the installer because once the remote gets lost or broken, it is often impossible to replace them as the fan gets older. I tried on the Internet, by email and by telephone. IMPOSSIBLE!

So far so good...its a beautiful fan and light, very modern. Fan is quiet and remote is icing on the cake...love it. A little difficult to install if you've never installed a fan this high tech, took about 2 hours
