I'm surprised, it's worth it!
I've always wanted a blacklight tarot deck and when I saw one on etsy, it was so unreasonably expensive so I decided to look for a color your own tarot deck and bought neon pens. I love it they're gorgeous, they glow, very easy to color, and easy to shuffle!

Beautiful and fun idea, but with at least one design flaw
Coloring and tarot are two of my favorite mindfulness activities, so of course I was really excited when I stumbled upon this book on sale at my local bookstore. I ordered two extra copies so that i’d have room to mess up and still have a shot at a full deck when I’m done.First thing’s first: this is a great idea, and beautifully executed. It’s a fun way to make a really special deck and learn about Tarot. It would be 5 stars if it weren’t for a manufacturing defect I noticed after my extra copies arrived: the sixth card of the major arcana, the Lovers, is labeled IV (4) at the top. I will be giving the rest of the cards a closer look as I color them in case this isn’t the only typo.

Such a pleasant surprise!
I have to say I didn’t know what to expect with these cards but I am floored! They come in a full color book (except for the coloring surface of the cards of course) that gives a history of the tarot, how to do different spreads and the meanings of each card. Then the cards themselves - stellar. Some of the detail is quite small, but since each card is maybe 5in by about 3 1/2in that’s to be expected. The lines are nice and crisp and they are not so detailed as to be annoying but enough that you can add shading or even backgrounds to make them look more unique. The coloring surface is a bright white paper with a pretty nice tooth and works well with colored pencil. I am working on the attached card with Prismacolor premieres and scholars as well as Hero pencils. I’d recommend this book to any colorist that enjoys tarot but I’d also recommend it to any colorist that likes postcard books or just is interested in having 78 cool little art pieces to color. I’d give this 10 stars if I could!

Amazing and much more than I expected. Get your very own today before you can’t.
This book is not just your average coloring book. These cards are not just your average tarot cards. To start all the cards are here. Full deck, Smith &Waite but....and a big One...you The person, coloring and bringing the cards to life are bestowing your life energy of love and light into the cards. Allowing for a natural spiritual bond. These cards will be linked to you allowing you to better connect with the astral plain. You will not be disappointed. Also this was not a paid review

Overall a good product.
I love it! I love being able to but my own energy into my tarot deck. I love the traditional illustrations and the book telling about the cards. But I would change a few things about the deck if I could. Fist, the back design is pretty ho-hum, not very dynamic looking. Additionally, The card stock is pretty thin. I will probably remedy these first 2 things by printing new card backs on the same weight card stock and glue these cards to the new backs making them thicker and oractical for every day use. My last criticism is that the tooth of the paper is pretty Fine, and so the surface is meant more for markers than artist quality colored pencils, which is what I like to use. I'm going to have to lacquer the faces with a clear coat whwn I finish so they won't smudge.

Fun Idea
I haven’t started coloring yet but I will say I’m impressed with the quality. Of course they’re not like the material of a regular deck, they’re less durable as they’re more of a card stock which makes it easier to color. I pooped a few out to see how they’d shuffle and I’m not disappointed, however, you do have to be careful bc if you’re not, the back side of the card will rip a little. The book comes with descriptions for each card as well which is nice. At least if you buy it and decide you’re not a fan, you have a description book. I think it’s a fun project for anyone who's into tarot and also likes to color and do art. It’s a unique idea and overall I think worth the price.

Beautiful tarot deck to make your own
Love this! It’s such a pretty deck and I’m really enjoying coloring and painting the cards. It contains both the major and minor arcana. I’ve used colored pencils, Derwent Inktense, India ink, Zest It solvent, and alcohol markers on the cards with no problem.

Wonderful on many levels!
Wow! Surprsingly nice laminated card backs, and thick matted stock. The stock is strong enough to even use paint without warping. But also no coating on front so can use colored pencil (or even graphite, then spray if you'd like. Unexpected surprise: lots more tarot card information than expected. And not "silly stuff" as you find in so many tarot beginner's books. But truly informative. Large colored images illustrated, so you can clearly see how they "usually' look, (as colors are important to many readers.) Worth the little bit of wait. "Get them while you can" as another reviewer said!

Good quality cards to colour and informative book about tarot
Very nicely presented book. The tarot cards are printed on firm card and push out of the book easily leaving no rough edges behind. Colouring them needs to be with felt tips really as the details are quite small. The reverse of the cards are printed with s colourful sun picture. The book itself is very informative giving a good background to the cards and how to begin reading them. A very interesting and enjoyable book for anyone who likes colouring and is interested in the subject

Excellent!
A long time waiting for this one - publication was put back several times, but it was well worth the wait. Good clear traditional tarot images on heavy press-out card, all minor cards pictorial rather than pattern, and card backs all pre-coloured in a nice design.Go as far as to say these are better quality than some standard decks I have bought, and will be usable as a tarot deck as well as a colouring exercise. Published by Arcturus, which always deliver a well priced quality product, in my experience.

GREAT
There are descriptions of the cards in the front of the book , cards themselves are based on the rider Waite tarot, just the right amount of detail,so pretty easy to colour, god sized cards, good cardstock so basically you can use anything to colour with,I see some petty reviews on here,as always some people live to complain,I'll say no more!!!! A bargain at this price !

Really nice colouring book
Bought this for my mother as a present and she loved it. Way more interesting than a lot of adult colouring books out there, and you can take the cards out (they have perforated edges) and use as your own personal deck
