Great for sleep... these do not make you sleepy. They simply have a calming effect and help me sleep through the night. No side effects for me whatsoever.. I wake up refreshed. As always, it is best to consult your physician before adding anything to your daily intake of any supplements.

I liked that these capsules are easy to swallow. I take them in the evening and it kicks in nicely at bedtime. It helps me sleep, I have noticed a better quality sleep. I also don't wake up with leg cramps any longer! I went with the magnesium with the TRACCS in the ingredients, because I read that it is better absorbed in the GI tract.
